ORDERING:
We use online shopping cart system however, if the system was
out of order, please send your oder by email as instracted below.
Send us your order by email. When your order has been placed you
will receive a confirmation email from us with the total price
of the order. If you have not received this, contact us: sale@y-square.biz,
and we will be able to confirm whether your order has been placed
successfully.
Availability
We make every effort to inform you of stock availability at the
time you place your order or shortly afterwards. However, please
allow approximately two weeks for the deliverly of your items.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Bank transfer or Yamato Takuhai Daibiki servise. For
details of Bank transfer and Daibiki in English, please contact
us by email. When you use the Bank payment, we will despatch the
item after we comfirm that the imoney have been in our acccount.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered
(VAT included) plus delivery cost plus Yamato Daibiki charge if you want to use it.
We will confirm your payment in our account before despatching
your goods.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
The charges for postage and packaging are below. However, there
are cases charging more depending on the contents of the orders.
Please check the price of delivery on your confirmation email.

*we do not delivery outside of Japan.
We aim to dispatch goods as soon as we can, however, please allow
up to 5 to 7 working days from your payment for your order to
arrive. You will be contacted if the order is likely to take any

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please
contact us immediately.
If you wish to return goods for a refund please return goods
to the above address within 7 days in the original delivery packaging
with in perfect condition. The cost of returning goods is at your
